Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days before they are shipped.
Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

 

Shipping Methods

Economy Shipping: We offer USPS Ground Advantage as our economy shipping option. Delivery typically takes 5-8 business days, though delays may occasionally occur.
Express Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer FedEx Express Shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 4 business days from the shipment date. Please note that FedEx does not deliver on weekends.

Shipping Notifications

Email Updates: By providing your email and/or phone number, you consent to receive shipping confirmations and order updates.
Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

Address Accuracy

Correct Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Changes to the shipping address can only be made before your order is processed.
Responsibility: Panda Hemp is not responsible for orders once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

Delivery and Liability

Carrier Responsibility: Once your package has been handed over to FedEx or USPS, the carrier is responsible for the delivery. Use the tracking number provided to check your shipment's status and delivery proof.
Delivery Issues: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Shipping Restrictions

Weekend and Holiday Shipping: We do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays, which may cause delays in delivery.
International Shipping: Panda Hemp currently does not offer international shipping.
